While walking through the breath-taking garden at Richmond Hill in Richmond, VA., I saw these two chairs facing away from the garden which depicts marital intimacy.  l envision the couple found a place where they connect at a deeper level. The couple found a place in each other that is more beautiful and peaceful than any other place in the world. My goal as a therapist is to help my patients work through challenges and  foster marital intimacy. Marital intimacy is exactly what couples envisioned when they each said ” I DO.”
